How long does shipping take?
Standard international shipping typically takes 10–18 business days. All orders are tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.
Products & Materials
What metal do you use?
All ZenWuxiang jewelry is made from 925 sterling silver — 92.5% pure silver alloyed with copper for durability. We do not use silver-plated or silver-filled metals.
Are the stones natural or synthetic?
We use only natural, untreated stones. Our turquoise, coral, lapis lazuli, amber, and other materials are sourced for their quality and authenticity. We do not use synthetic or lab-created stones in our collections.
Will the silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally develops a patina over time. This is normal and can be easily restored with a soft silver polishing cloth. To slow tarnishing, store your jewelry in a dry place away from humidity and chemicals.
Are your pieces suitable for sensitive skin?
925 sterling silver is generally well-tolerated by most skin types. If you have a known allergy to copper (the alloying metal in sterling silver), please consult with us before purchasing.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
We recommend using a ring sizer tool or visiting a local jeweler for an accurate measurement. Our product pages include size guides with measurements in both US and international sizing.
Can bracelets be adjusted?
Many of our bracelets feature adjustable closures or open-ended designs. Product pages specify whether a piece is adjustable. If you need a custom size, please contact us before ordering.
Returns & Care
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Custom or personalized pieces are non-returnable. Please contact us to initiate a return.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Store pieces in a cool, dry place. Remove before swimming, bathing, or applying perfume or lotion. Polish gently with a soft silver cloth as needed. Avoid ultrasonic cleaners and harsh chemicals.

Where are your pieces made?
Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using traditional Tibetan and Chinese silversmithing techniques. Each piece is made with care and intention, not mass-produced.
What does ZenWuxiang mean?
ZenWuxiang (禅无相) draws from Buddhist philosophy — “Zen” representing meditative clarity, and “Wuxiang” (无相) meaning “without form” or “beyond appearance.” It reflects our belief that the most meaningful things — protection, connection, intention — cannot be seen, only felt.
