I. Order Processing and Shipment

• Order Processing Time: We will process and arrange the shipment within 2-3 working days upon receiving your order. The order processing time does not include weekends and statutory holidays. For example, if you place an order on Monday morning, we will ship it between Wednesday and Thursday; if you place an order on Friday afternoon, we will ship it between Tuesday and Wednesday of the following week.
• Pre-shipment Preparation: Before shipment, we will carefully inspect and package the goods to ensure they are not damaged during transportation. Meanwhile, we will upload the order tracking information in a timely manner so that you can check the shipment status of your order at any time.

II. Logistics Timeliness

• Delivery Time: Depending on the destination, the international delivery time is usually 7-14 working days. The specific timeliness is as follows:
  • Asia Region: 7-10 working days.
  • Europe & North America Region: 8-14 working days.
  • Other Regions: 10-14 working days.
• Timeliness Description: The above delivery time is estimated based on normal logistics conditions. The actual transportation time may be delayed due to unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, weather, and flight delays.

III. Logistics Costs

• Cost Standard: Our international logistics costs are calculated based on factors such as the weight, volume, and destination of the goods. The specific cost standard can be viewed on the checkout page or consulted by contacting our customer service staff.
• Free Logistics: Free standard shipping is available on orders over $60.
  Shipping costs for orders below $60 will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight..
